|Heavenly Bloomers are sized perfectly to fit over disposable or cloth diapers. 2T will most likely fit a 3T toddler who is no longer in diapers. |What forms of payments do you accept?|
|All of our prices are in U.S. dollars only. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover through PayPal, a secure, fast, and widely used payment processing system. By signing into your PayPal account, you may use PayPal to pay with credit card, bank transfer, or e-check. Please note; you do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card. If you require assistance in using your credit card without having a PayPal account please call us at (951)846-3043 and we'll be happy to assist you.|
|Are there any sales taxes?|
|The current sales tax rate of 8.25% is charged to all orders shipped within California, regardless of your billing address. Residents outside of California are tax free!|
|What if my item is on back order?|
|While we do our best to keep all items in stock, there may be a time when an item you’ve ordered is not immediately available. We may have sold out faster than our inventory system can update the website. We will notify you by email within 48 hours of the availability and expected shipping date for that item, or provide you with available replacement options. At that time you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if so desired.
If you have placed an order to include several items, the items that are in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Once the back-ordered item is available, we will ship it via USPS at no additional charge.
|What are your shipping methods and costs?|
|All orders are ship from California. Retail orders shipped within the United States are shipped by First Class Mail via the United States Postal Service for a flat rate of $6.95 per order (US orders only). Items that are shipped Priority or Express will incur additional charges. We ship all online orders as quickly as possibe, although because of the numerous orders we do ship on a daily basis we tend to get a little behind. Therefore, our normal shipping time is 4-7 business days after your order is placed (some exceptions apply). Canadian shipping rates start at $9.45, shopping cart will calculate additional shipping costs according to items ordered. All other international items ship for a flat rate of only $14.95 (online orders only).|
|How do I track my order?|
|Once your order is placed you should receive an email confirmation with tracking details upon release of the item to USPS. This email will contain your tracking number which can be used at www.usps.com to track the status of your order. You also have the option to sign-in to your account and view your order information along with tracking details.
|How do I cancel/change my order?|
|Orders may be canceled or changed within one hour of placing your order. If you would like to cancel/change an order, please chat with us through our website or send an email to orders (at) faithbaby.com We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, items that have already shipped can not be cancelled and must then follow our return policy.|
|What is your return policy?|
|We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be difficult. Sight unseen can also be, well, a pain, that is why we are giving you our 100% satisfaction guarantee! Customer satisfaction is definitely a top priority here, of course putting a smile on your face with our adorable babywear comes first! You buy it, You like it (smile). You buy it, it doesn't work, No Problem!
We stand behind our products 100%, and we mean it. If it's not exactly what you expected, just send it back for an exchange or refund, it's that simple!
We do have a few requirements - We do ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise along with the reason for the return. We'll be sure to make it a priority to get you a replacement or refund. Guaranteed!
The item needs to be in its original and unused condition with tags attached and we ask that you pay the return shipping. Upon receipt of the item, we will exchange or refund your purchase (minus shipping costs) within 5 business days.
There are some exceptions so please understand that due to the limited quantity of our Holiday Collections, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines, including Sale Items, Clearance Items, Warehouse Sale Items, Sample Sales, we DO NOT offer returns or refunds on those products.
