Ruffled Baby Bloomers Sizing info?
Heavenly Bloomers are sized perfectly to fit over disposable or cloth diapers. 2T will most likely fit a 3T toddler who is no longer in diapers. For best results order your sweet little ruffled baby bloomers according to your child's weight. If uncertain about the size, please don't hesitate to chat with us for more info.
What forms of payments do you accept?
All of our prices are in U.S. dollars only. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay and Discover through PayPal and Shopify gateway, a secure, fast, and widely used payment processing system. By signing into your PayPal account, you may use PayPal to pay with credit card, bank transfer, or e-check. Please note; you do not need to have a PayPal account to use your credit card. If you require assistance in using your credit card without having a PayPal account please chat with us so that we may be better able to assist you.
What is your Sales Tax Policy?
Our home office is located in Beaumont, California and we are required to collect a tax rate of 8.25% for all orders shipped within California.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship orders via US Postal Service from California at a flat rate of $7.95 for domestic shipments and $17.95 for all International orders.
An email will be sent to you when your shipment leaves our warehouse, inclusive of a link with tracking information.
USPS First Class Mail estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the day it leaves our facility.
USPS First Class International mail varies depending on your location which can be anywhere from 1-5wks.
International Duties and Taxes:
Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are assessed by the local government based on the destination. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package.
International Tracking numbers: Tracking is not available with International Standard service. USPS provides a package ID # that can be used to see when the package left the US, but unfortunately isn't required to be scanned while the package is in transit.
How do I track my order?
We send an order confirmation email immediately following verification of valid payment for your order. As soon as your order ships, we'll send out an additional email with your tracking details.
How do I cancel/change my order?
Orders may be canceled or changed within one hour of placing your order. If you would like to cancel/change an order, please chat with us through our website; we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, items that have already shipped can not be cancelled and must then follow our return policy.
What is your return policy?
We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be difficult. Sight unseen can also be, well, a pain, that is why we are giving you our 110% satisfaction guarantee! Customer satisfaction is definitely a top priority here, of course putting a smile on your face with our adorable babywear comes first! You buy it, You like it (smile). You buy it, it doesn't work, No Problem!
We stand behind our products 110%, and we mean it. If it's not exactly what you expected, just send it back for an exchange or refund, it's that simple!
We do have a few requirements - We do ask that you contact us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise along with the reason for the return. We'll be sure to make it a priority to get you a replacement or refund. Guaranteed!
The item needs to be in its original and unused condition with tags attached and we ask that you pay the return shipping. Upon receipt of the item, we will exchange or refund your purchase (minus shipping costs) within 5 business days.
There are some exceptions so please understand that due to the limited quantity of our Holiday Collections, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines, including Sale Items, Clearance Items, Warehouse Sale Items, Sample Sales, we DO NOT offer returns or refunds on those products.
We strive to make your online shopping experience simple, easy and hassle free.
We highly recommend that returns utilize insurance or tracking services from the shipping company of your choice, as we cannot take responsibility for returns that do not reach us. Contact us at orders (at) faithbaby.com and in the subject line put "Return/Exchange".
What if something is on back-order?
Back-ordered items will ship at no additional shipping cost once they are available.
What is your privacy policy?
Faith Baby, Inc. has a commitment to privacy. We value our customers and respect their privacy. We do not sell, loan, rent, or distribute any of your personal/billing information, including email addresses, to third parties. The information we collect is used solely to process your order. If you have signed up for our 'mailing list', this list is securely stored on our corporate database and is solely used to inform you of our new and upcoming products or other offers we have available. We will not share your email in any way, protecting the safety of your personal information is very important to us.

Trademark law prevents you from using another persons or company trademark (such as the Registered Trademark name) on your merchandise, because such use will cause consumers to believe that the trademark owner has made, approved of, or endorsed your merchandise. In short, a trademark is someone's name/brand.
